OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

Mississippi Home Team — Orange Beach Getaway Giveaway

These Official Rules govern the Orange Beach Getaway Giveaway (“Giveaway”) sponsored by the Mississippi Home Team of Keller Williams (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Mississippi who reside within the geographic service area covered by the MLS system utilized by the sponsoring Keller Williams agents.
Only individuals residing in ZIP codes and counties served by the local MLS are eligible to enter.

Additional eligibility conditions:

• Must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.

• Limit one entry per person.

• Employees, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) of the Mississippi Home Team, Keller Williams, affiliated vendors, and marketing partners are not eligible.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Complete the official entry form provided by Sponsor.
2. Submit accurate and complete contact information.
3. Agree to these Official Rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or real estate transaction does not increase chances of winning.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 4-day / 3-night trip to Orange Beach, including standard lodging accommodations for the winner and approved guests. Specific travel dates and lodging details will be coordinated between Sponsor and the winner. Restrictions may apply.

Approximate retail value (ARV): Varies by season; typically $600–$1,000.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on February 6 and ends on February 26 at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Drawing will take place within five (5) days after the Entry Period closes.

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information submitted.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable notifications.

6. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes (including announcement of the winner) in newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the Giveaway form will be used solely for:

• Administering the Giveaway

• Notifying the winner

• Providing real estate–related resources, newsletters, or market updates

Sponsor does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if:

• They are incomplete or inaccurate

• They contain false information

• The entrant resides outside the defined MLS service area

• The entrant violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for:

• Technical issues, lost entries, or system failures

• Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations related to the prize

• Personal injury or property loss related to use of the prize

Winner assumes all responsibility for travel, meals, transportation, and any incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize.
